Electronifie's mission is to generate unprecedented liquidity for corporate bond investors in our fair and open marketplace.

Both institutional investors and market-making dealers participate in Electronifie’s marketplace, which is designed to bring back block-sized liquidity to the corporate bond market by limiting information leakage and providing pre-trade price transparency for traders satisfying "best ex" obligations. Electronifie is independently owned and conflict free.

Electronifie (through its subsidiary Electronifie Securities LLC) received FINRA approval to operate as a registered broker-dealer (CRD #170945) and is registered with the SEC to operate an Alternative Trading System (“ATS”) for corporate bonds. An ATS is a system that provides a marketplace for buyers and sellers of securities. For more information on Regulation ATS, please see http://www.sec.gov.
